As an expert in the field and President of KidsWifi, I was recently invited to attend the World Congress: Child Dignity in the Digital World in October 2017 to be an active participant. The congress is taking place in Rome, Italy.
Here is an excerpt from the invite.
Dear Mr. Stix,
The Centre for Child Protection (CCP) of the Institute of Psychology of the Pontifical Gregorian University would like to invite you to attend the World Congress: Child Dignity in the Digital World. The congress raises international attention to online child sexual abuse and brings together representatives from politics, companies, research, religion and civil society. It will provide an historic opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience on the challenges faced by children in today’s digital world.
Topics Include: Cyber Protection, Cyber Education and Cyber Responsibility
On the final day of the congress, we hope that world leaders will join Pope Francis to sign a formal Declaration of action for Child Protection for mobilizing and unifying people and nations worldwide to seek a safer, more secure childhood for the world’s children.
